What the filing saysMIXED. Otter Tail's Super Large General Service has been in effect since July 2022 for greenfield customers (EEI). PENDING: Minnesota Power Docket 26-126 (filed February 18, 2026 to fit very large customers into its Large Power schedule; in June 2026 the PUC let Minnesota Power withdraw its separate very-large-customer class petition on condition that it file a new very-large-customer tariff by July 15, 2026) and Otter Tail Docket 26-211 (Tier II time-of-day and Tier III high power compute classes, filed May 2026). A Minnesota Power data center agreement under its Large Power schedule uses a 15-year term. For comparison, the MPUC approved a 15-year default term and 24-month exit notice for Xcel's Minnesota tariff.
