What the filing saysLong Island Power Authority / PSEG Long Island (New York) -- not covered by the PSC case: PSC Case 26-E-0045 ("Energize NY Development," instituted Feb 12, 2026) is reviewing interconnection processes, cost-allocation mechanisms, and tariff structures for integrating large loads, including data centers, onto NY's grid. As of this research: still in the stakeholder-comment/technical-conference stage (DPS staff to produce a white paper for PSC consideration) -- no utility-specific large-load tariff has been filed or approved under this proceeding yet. Real scale cited in the Governor's announcement: as of January 2026, NYISO's interconnection queue held 48 large-load projects totaling over 11 GW (see lib/nyiso-queue.ts for the live project-level detail behind that figure).
