What the filing saysPSE&G (New Jersey) -- state-mandated large-load tariff, not yet filed: S731 directs the BPU to require every NJ electric utility to file a dedicated large-load data-center tariff within 180 days of the Act's effective date. As of this research, no specific utility's own filed tariff was confirmed -- PSE&G alone already serves 40 data-center sites with 297 MW combined summer peak demand, giving real scale to why this mandate exists.
