What the filing saysProposed tariff filed with the Delaware PSC on December 19, 2025 (Docket No. 25-0826), following a Commission order to develop large-load tariff pages. Public workshop and comment session held Feb 2026. Pending final PSC approval as of this research -- not yet adopted. The Commission's Oct 15, 2025 order (No. 10829) defined large load as 25 MW or more of monthly maximum demand; the Sept 2026 EEI list describes Delmarva's proposal as applying at 50 MW, so the final threshold may change.
