What the filing saysClean Transition Tariff (Schedule CTT) approved by the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada, Docket 24-05023 (Advice Letter No. 674-E), March 13, 2025 -- developed in partnership with Google. Lets an eligible fully-bundled large retail customer (>=5 MW average annual load) receive bundled service from new clean energy resources built for them; this is a voluntary resource-sourcing option, not a mandatory large-load deposit/interconnection-study tariff. Separately, NV Energy has proposed a "Large Load Electric Service Agreement" requiring long-term commitments and infrastructure cost recovery from large loads generally -- still pending as of this research, not confirmed approved.
