What the filing saysPENDING. In Dominion Energy South Carolina's rate case the PSC (Order 2026-374, July 2, 2026) approved a large-load stipulation under which Dominion joins the generic large-load docket 2026-138-E, still open in mid-2026 with no final tariff. No South Carolina minimum term, minimum bill, collateral or exit fee is published yet. Parties are arguing that any tariff must include minimum bills, exit fees, collateral and contract timelines. The stipulation terms were not read.
